Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Paypal gives you the option of setting up a secure user profile, which saves your personal information for future Paypal payments. Paypal also gives you the option of paying without a Paypal account. |

| At PurWaterFilters.com, we do our best to keep all images up to date. Sometimes manufacturer release an improved version of a product before we have received the updated image. If an image is out of date, we will ship the updated product, which may not be identical to the image online. |

All charges are made in US dollars. We only accept credit cards from US issuing banks. However, we accept payments made through PayPal, which does accept credit cards from non-US issuing banks. International customers can also make payment by mailing us a check with our order form.

However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the consumer to choose the correct water treatment system or filters for their unique situation. PurWaterFilters.com may offer explanations of water treatment technology and may give common solutions to common water problems. However, PurWaterFilters.com does not recommend or suggest a particular water treatment system for a particular application because PurWaterFilters.com is not able to have all necessary information regarding a particular application. For example, PurWaterFilters.com does not know which contaminants are in the customer's water, nor does it have information on all variables surrounding their unique situation. PurWaterFilters.com is a passive reseller and does not share liability with the manufacturer for damages caused by faulty water treatment products or the installation of such products. Consumers agree to hold PurWaterFilters.com harmless for any damages caused by improper system manufacture, design, or installation. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

For orders shipped to other states and countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Tax exempt organizations within Minnesota must email or fax their tax exempt certificate to us before shipment of their order.
